  • Yes. Our beautifully presented gift cards are available in custom amounts and make the perfect way to share the gift of timeless beauty—whether for a celebration, milestone, or simply to indulge someone special.

5.    What brands/products do you use in your salon?

6.    How often should I get a haircut or trim?

  • To maintain polished style and optimal hair health, most guests visit us every 4–6 weeks. Your stylist will recommend the perfect rhythm for your unique cut, texture, and lifestyle.

7.    What's the best way to care for color-treated hair?

  • We recommend sulfate-free, color-safe products, tailored treatments, and professional glosses to preserve brilliance between visits. Your stylist will design a personalized regimen to keep your color radiant and your hair luxurious.

8.    What should I do before getting a haircut or color treatment?

  • Arrive with clean, dry or lightly damp hair for the most accurate assessment. Feel free to bring inspiration photos—we love collaborating to bring your vision to life with precision and artistry.

13.    What is your policy for requesting an appointment outside of your salon’s regular hours?

  • We understand that your schedule is as unique as your style. For those who require the ultimate convenience, we are pleased to offer Special Request appointments outside of our standard business hours (including early morning bookings). Securing your stylist's dedicated time before the salon officially opens is an exclusive opportunity and will include a Premium Service Fee of 25% added to your total service cost.
